Admission Process
The admission process usually begins around the second week of April.
Applicants may contact the office by telephone or by visiting the hostel personally
for confirmation of the exact dates.
Applicants must download the application form from the above link and submit the duly filled printed copy to the office before the due date.
Self-attested photocopies of all relevant academic and extracurricular documents must be submitted along with the application form.
Personal details and signatures of a local guardian and a reputed guarantor are also required in the application form.
After submission of forms, all applications will be reviewed and a list of selected applicants will be displayed on the notice board.
The presence of the applicant’s local guardian and guarantor during the interview process is compulsory.
After completion of the interview process, shortlisted candidates may complete the fee payment process and begin their stay at the hostel.
