The admission process usually begins around the second week of April. The applicant can contact the office by telephone or by visiting the hostel personally for confirmation of the exact date. The last date for submission of application will also be put up at that time.

Once admission process has begun, the applicant has to download the form from the above link and submit the printout of the form fully filled to the office before the due date.

All the self attested photocopies of relevant documents concerning academic details and extracurricular activities are to be submitted with the form.

Personal details and signature of a local guardian and prominent reputed individual guarantor are also required on the form.

After form submission, all the applications will be considered and a list of selected applicants will be displayed on the notice board. These applicants have to appear for personal interview.

It is required that the local guardian and guarantor of the applicant be present for the interview process. Parents are allowed to be present but it is not obligatory.

After the interview process, the final list of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the notice board. The candidates may then pay the hostel fees by Demand Draft only and begin their stay.
